Is CBL facts recovery locked?
My internal harddrive failed (disc stopped spinning) and I be told to send it to them to capture my data recovered but I don't know if I should because some of my files aren't exactly *ahem* official...
Have anyone had any experiences near them? Are they trust worthy?

But from what I understand they enjoy a "don't ask, don't tell" policy. I know that they've done recoveries for the government, military, and local police.
