Can files be see during Hardware information recovery?
I can't do the recovery myself and a friend's friend offered to do the service. Will this person know how to see all my files?

Yes....maybe thats why a friends, friends doing it? There are frequent recovery companies that have software you can use.. If it's to gaping for you to do the recovery I would hire a reputable company if the recovery is worth that much to you. If not and you can't use the software, Smash N Burn the hdd and start over..Make sure you bury the evidence..
