Blue Screen of Death - Data Recovery Help!?
Hello - laptop problems (sigh). Please read my Problem Description and then step to My Questions at the end.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
I tried to start my laptop this morning but I be faced near the Blue Screen of Death (with the following message):
A problem has be detected...follow these steps:

MY QUESTIONS:
1) Is here anything I can do myself, with purely my laptop? Once I am on the Blue Screen of Death, the laptop doesn't allow me to input anything, but if I press F2 before the Blue Screen of Death appears, I capture into something called teh 'Setup Utility'. Is in attendance anything I can do here?
2) If I decide not to (or cannot) do 1), and instead do a background recovery and reconfigure the hard drive, is here any way I can do a notes recovery myself, using another laptop? How do I go around this? Are there any step-by-step instructions on the net?
3) Or should I just seize the PC repair place to do a data recovery and a window reinstall (they suggested if I wanted to reclaim money I could do the latter myself). I just come from there, they want profusely of money. If anyone is in London (UK) and can suggest a cheap background recovery specialist, please let me know.

Just find another laptop that fits the hard drive that you own now.
Open both laptops Swap the unyielding Drives and done!
as per your describe ,mostly is your Hardisk corrupted or spoil,but it still able to retrive the internal notes easily.
your basically need dismantle the hardisk and plug connect to other PC next to SATA cable or ribbon cable as per your hardisk connector requirement, and also fix with DC power cable,use other workstation to activate and detect your this hardisk as a second hardisk drive,and your may copy the facts into the primary hardisk as backup.but your currect Hardisk is unable to operate anymore as it is break .
If your have no such cable to connection up it ,it is recormend to bring it to pc service technician to recover your facts,mostly it is around SGD 15 dollar or less.
