Data Recovery Question for PC?
So, I recently have one of my old drives crash and established to upgrade to a 500 gig SATA drive, the drive I have that crashed was a 40 see IDE drive that had my pictures and documents on it, since it be having some reading issues I cut and paste everything from there onto my spanking new drive after I had made a separator for the pictures and documents. After I updaed Windows on my new drive it stopped letting me log on and I have to wipe the Windows partition, departure me unable to access the screen with my irreplaceable pictures and documents on it. I enjoy a different drive with Windows on it in a minute as my main drive, and it will certify my SATA drive, but it has the gigs wrong on the fence size and it says "Healthy (Unknown)" when I look at the drive beneath disk management. Does anyone know of a process I can get the notes off of the drive since I completely reformat it and start from scratch? I typically wouldn't care too much but adjectives my pictures from my Europe trip from a few years ago are on there and I enjoy no way of getting them fund. Please help, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Not to worry at adjectives. you can recover all files and other stuff using Kernel for Windows information recovetry software. Just go for downloading its Free evaluation verison and see if it recovers notes or not.

That is what the software that came beside your SATA hd is for. Install the software and your HD will be recognized.
