Is facts recovery possible on a flash drive?
I have a micro 4.0 GB cruzer SanDisk flash drive. Today I be using it as normal, open a document, worked on it, finished it, saved it. All fine. I turn to rename a document and suddenly every window on my computer shuts sour and this little window pops up truism "error installing portable device, please reinstall portable device" At the same time, the little sickly light at the top of the flashdrive go out. I unplug it and plug it back within, won't work. Try plugging it into a different USB port, won't work. I frantically run to my other computer and plug it into one of those ports, the same alert pops up, this time also maxim that "Windows cannot identify USB drive."
Long story short, I can't get it to work and am fairly frantic because I have greatly of documents on there that I HAVE to hold that aren't backed up. Is it possible to bear it in and hold my files recovered?
Answers:
try to search your background at the computer that crash it.if can not, use recovery software..don't format your flash drive yet bcos it might be impossible to restore your background then.
