What is a correct background recovery program?
my friend wiped his slave drive out. using a recovery program he can find most of what he have lost but the program cant recover it because its only a trial book, and i cant find it in the store. so earlier i go out and buy a tentative program i want to know which is a good one.

This program worked for me when I accidentally delete some files.

Did he just delete his files? or be it reformatted? Some software won't work in adjectives situations.
