I am running a facts recovery program for recovery of a 15mb profile from cd-r?
It is taking FOREVER. Is this normal??
Its give or take a few 0.8% completed so far (5 minutes)

give it a couple of hours .. if its not moving it prolly never will after that ..
10% surrounded by about 5 mins is 1.5mb/5 min. Assuming it doesn't slow down, thats in the order of an hour to get 100%. If the disc is really hosed and it works, afterwards it's worth the wait.
