What is the best data recovery software? I lost lots of A plane work on the PC, Re-formatted HDD x2.

Depends how bad it be damaged, but a simple re-format should be comfortable, see if you can find someone with a coapy of Easy Data Recover Pro, or GetDataBacik, (of course, look roughly for the "free" versions).
