What should I charge for notes recovery on a messed up drive and PC repairs within standard?

I am recovering lost data from a laptop rugged drive. Also, I do some repair work and I am wondering if there is some style to figure out what to charge short calling other businesses to see what they charge. Is there a souk rate guide or something?

I usually charge $1 per mb. unless its just pics and docs. This includes Favorites, and save program data. More to recover delete and corrupt data.

for pics and docs a moment ago about $1 per 10 mb.

As far as the repair work, my shop minimum is; free inspection, $75 for any repair and double the cost for an accessory or replacement item.
