After trying deeply of available ones, I have used stellar notes recovery software and it was OK.

But I must speak about you that nothing is superlative in recovering the information inspite of the many claims. The best you can do it bring back as close as possible and I have found stellar to do a pretty angelic job.
My HD have crashed due to hardware failure and after using the software, I could recover around 75% of the data. You will lose immense files such as video or cab report.
