Hardrive breakdown background recovery?
Hi brains trust,
I have lost adjectives data and the background recovery place has quoted over $1,000, I enjoy cancer so cannot afford that kind of money. Anyone know of a cheaper place, or newly hang on to the drive until prices come down.....

If you have accedently deleted/formatted the files/partition next you can usually get most of it pay for with background recovery software - if this is the case DO NOT USE THE DRIVE, e.g write to or boot from it as you will overwrite some of the recoverable background.
