Answers:
If you formatted the divider while installing, You'll need to run Data Recovery software (Such as Stellar Phoenix) as soon as possible formerly it's all overwritten. If it's newly a separate partition that wasn't touched by the Windows install, you should be capable of just browse to the drive memorandum. I'm not sure what PC Angel is trying to do, but you may need to uninstall PC Angel, or at lowest disable or kill the process specifically preventing you from accessing it. It might sustain to know what the Pop-up window say. It might help to know that the hedge shows up in the disk proprietor (Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management). You might also try changing or accumulation a drive letter to the divider. Worst case, you can try running Data Recovery software to catch the files.
