Hard disk become exceptionally slow, how to fix or information recovery
hi, my hard disk become terrifically slow from yesterday.
I kinda think the firmware is corrupted.
It is accessible, however, it is super slow.
Do you know a trouble-free fix way, or how to copy information to another disk, since it is so slow, copy is hardly doable.
thank you!

Try using the Disk error utility, If you use Windows..
Open up My computer, Right Click on C: Drive..afterwards go to properties, and click on the tools tab. and it will unfold up a small windows asking if you want to Automatically repair disk errors, or if you wanna scan for and attempt for fruitless recovery of errors.
(dont go next to that option, it go through 4 Phases, and it takes a looong time) SO scan your computer near the "attempt for bad recovery of errors" once you do, it will communicate you that you have to restart the Computer...are you using window xp? this works on Windows xp, because i use that....
If you know how to detach you hard disk do so and hold a copy made by a qualified computer technician...However I suppose the problem may be with a virus or a driver. Check and reinstall the operating system and drivers adjectives one by one first before have the hard disk copied. You should typically have get the cds when you bought the computer.
