Do any notes recovery (for CD/DVDs) progammes work?
If so, which one is the best?
I was transferring facts to a DVD-RW disc, which already had background on it, when I had a power cut. Subsequently I lost adjectives the data that be already on the disc. When I put the disc in I can see the background on the disc, but it is ghosted and it cannot be opened.
Please could someone donate me some advice to which, if any, of these programs work and where on earth do I get it?
If it be not for the fact that the background contains photos, letters and my children's arts school plays, I would not be too bothered but these are important and my ONLY COPIES.
Answers:
Do you denote that you can access the disk in the drive but it shows as anyone blank? or does the cd-rom drive not show as any disk being present at adjectives?
To try and recover the files you could try cd toolbox

or recuva:

when files are ghosted, it usually means they are unknown. But if you can see them they should be able to be open. This could also mean you used cut and attach instead of copy and paste when you started the verbs.
Simply try highlighting the files and dragging them to your desktop. If the transferred data cannot be open, the filed might be protected. Right mouse click the icon and click properties. Check that hidden is unchecked, and that its not protected.
