Destructive Recovery - will I definately know how to restore the background I own back up?
First of all I would freshly like to read out that I am ok with computers, not a learner but in no opening an expert!
I want to perform destructive recovery on my notebook. I have the disk and hold done it before so its not a problem.
My sound out is:
I have copy and paste all of my music, video, photos, games, documents that I want to keep on a HD Player (like the one contained by the following link) with a Samsung mp0402h knotty drive.

or

When I first plugged it via USB it didn't come up in "My Computer"
To win it up I right clicked "My Computer", "Manage", "Disk Management", right clicked the device, clicked "new partition" later followed instructions and formatted on J drive.
So what I want to know is if I now do a destructive recovery when the laptop is finished and ready will I be capable of plug in the HD Player and put the backup files straight vertebrae on my computer, or will I need to follow the above steps again to achieve it to come up in "My Computer"? Therefore losing my background be re-formatting the hard drive?
Answers:
as your using your HD player approaching an external hard drive you should only be able to format the computer and following on transfer your save files from your HD player...
