Best information recovery software?
Please help me beside the software that will help, me recover adjectives my data from my 160 Gb sturdy disc, this a after complete format of the hard disc but i own not added any data to the disc i hear it over writes the previous files.
please tell me in the order of the best software that gives 100% or close to result, if i can recover my background with duplicate file name that would be very handy and save my time.Thanks

Since you formatted your drive, it will be more difficult to do. The just free software I know of to do so is Recuva:

I believe RECUVA is quite honourable. I always use HANDY RECOVERY (www.handyrecovery.com)
The most up-to-date version is not free but they still hold out a free working version (version 1).
Its at the *bottom* of the download page.
In any case it is substantial to recover the files to a different drive.
