Toshiba satellite A200 Recovery Disk?

I've lost my recovery disc and now I enjoy installed a fresh windows Vista 32 bit and download drivers from toshiba website but still after my webcame and touch wad is not working proper and my wifi signals drop aswell after few times approaching each after 20 mins.
If some have got recovery disc next please let me know as I don't want to spend any more on this laptop
