I really dont get where on earth the other answer is coming from, its really easy, so you dont want to worry
Reboot laptop and the second it powers on hold pressing F10 and you will see a screen axiom Windows is Loading Files that means its going into restore mode. And do a complete recovery of c drive and it take it back to the factory settings. Any question email me at andrew_glasgow_male2006(a)yahoo.co.uk. You can also access it from start and Vaio recovery center but F10 is more efficent

Re- format C Whist retaining your, assumed OS Vista
1. Preparation; Save as many files as you can, on to an usb fob/disk, next to or without any virus, and place within a safe nouns.
Gather together all your software that you want to re-install things like Printer Driver software.
Clear the nouns and your pc is switch "off"
Time Zero
2. You’re primed to start, Switch on and immediately and continuously slap F8.
Until this action brings up on eyeshade a selection of option.

Select Repair your Computer, enter
Select; English, enter
Select, Start Full Destructive Recovery, enter
