What is a system recovery disk and what is a window recovery disk?
I have these 2 and i want to totally restart my computer in recent times clear everything off of it and start fresh, will these CD's Do that?

Windows Recovery disk is the one that help you fix your operating system, the other one is to turn your PC to it's factory configuration.

you should know how to with one or the other, or both.
Put one surrounded by and then turn past its sell-by date your computer. Turn your computer back on and it should boot from the disk.
Before you do this, know what you are doing. you will not know how to access any files that were save on that computer including your operating system, so make sure you hold the installation disk of the OS you want to use. what you want to look for is a format option. this will format your firm drive and erase EVERYTHING. make sure that you own backed up your background on to a disk, or make sure you hold nothing at adjectives on there that you're going to want afterwords.
If you can't find an picking to format your hard drive on the first disc, next try doing the same entity with the other one.
If you can't find it contained by the other disc either, later you should be able to launch a command prompt using one or the other.
if you want to hold on to your operating system on your disc then type "format c: /s" into the command prompt (without the quotes) and press enter. If you don't want your operating system (you are going to requirement to reinstall it or install a different one) then type "format C:" and press enter (no quotes).
