If you have recover disks..thats adjectives you need. You will know how to restore you pc/laptop to factory defaults.

vista dvd's come next to a repair utility that has worked for me previously.
if you have a recovery disk, afterwards yes, but a "repair" would prob be better since it wont dump your personal stuff
