What is window xp disk and recovery disk used for?
I sold my laptop and the buyer is now asking for window xp and recovery disk. windows xp is already installed on the laptop so why would he necessitate the disk?
when I sold the laptop i didn't state the disks where included. I only just stated that it had window xp
i don't have the disks anymore, where on earth could i get them from and how much do they cost?

you can bring them from the microsoft website, its basically used for if your computer messes up, you can restore it to factory settings using the disks. the disks gross it quicker but arent essential
