Can i download Windows 98 system recovery disk from somewhere?
My laptop is stuck on a restart loop and i v heard that if i can run the installation wizard again using the disc that came near the laptop (lost a long time ago!) i can click a repair option which may solve my problem?

you should use someone else computer jump to the website microsoft.com and search for a window system recovery disk.. it might be a free download. but its always accurate to try... or if you dont mind losing data resembling pics music etc. then a short time ago boot the whole system.. Source(s): oh yeah.. and jsut a suggestion. ubuntu does not run into those kind of problems and its a freeware system.. no purchase what so ever. all you own to do is learn how to work the system.. it dosent hold a genius.
