I tried reformatting my computer, but when I put the disk in, I restarted the computer but nought happened. What should I do?!

3.77MB? You must hold a lot of crap on your notebook! I'd start a deleting frenzy.
Have you run Disk Cleanup? from Accessories/System Tools.
Go to Add/Remove Programs and un-install programs you no longer use.
What computer do you have? You should be sure not to free anything or back anything up to the recovery dividing wall.
