System recovery disk?

I asked this questions past.. XD but uhmmm i wanted more options/opinions on what to do so

Uhm. So i kinda of didn't product a system recovery disk...and today when i turned on my computer it said in a black eyeshade, "System Boot Fail, please enter system recovery disk then press enter" Obviously i entail that disk...and i don't have one....so i'm asking can i use other peoples system recovery disk? or atleast buy it?

P.S. Some speak i can download and burn it....soo can you give me any sites to download?
"> Humm ...

Maybe the solution is simple if the boot flag is turned stale ..

Run a live Linux CD and consequently check your disk and set the boot flag..

Try the ubuntu live one and then run the gparted program.

Hope this help ..
no you can't but u could buy it, but why waste ur money similar to that? i suggest u format ur pc beside a clean fresh OS! however if u do own the cd that come with the computer u could accomplish a recovery however i still suggest a fresh install.
