Can I vary a frozen drive of the laptop and use the recovery disk to install window.?

My hard drive of the laptop is broken, I bought a untried one and put in.
The problem is that I don't enjoy Operating System (Windows)
Can I use the recovery disk (I bought the laptop, and it includes the recovery disk) to reinstall the "windows?"

Or is here any other way to install window?
Answers:
This depends on the recovery disk. Some recovery disks only fix enduring problems, and some install everything as it was when you bought your computer. I'm assuming that this is the grip, so yes, you probably can install windows near that recovery disk, just put it inside you cd/dvd drive and start the laptop and the install will fire up automatically(usually).

edit:
Exact same unyielding drive would ofcourse be better, but it probably works on your 60gb hard drive as well(because tough drive does not need any special drivers), only dont change any other parts.
you will want to use the recovery cd. It will inclide drivers specific to your laptop. Using a recovery cd is much better than trying a verbs install of wondows on a laptop due to the specific hardware and video drivers required. It's why they give you a recovery cd and not only just a Windows XP CD.
