Can anyone recommend how to recovery files lost when a not easy disk have be mistakenly re-formatted?

well, try Easy Recovery. Or pass your disk to a recovery service. There must be more software than Easy Recovery, but I dont know it. If you can find any other please let us know.
I would recommend using Recover My Files. I hold used it to recover my files when I formatted my drive after it crashed, and I got wager on most of my files.

Don't bother bringing your hard drive to a recovery service place....they'll charge you TONS of money....it's easier to do it yourself

i have not set how to recover files after the hardisk formated.the bet way is to backup your files.thats why the hardisk desires partition.30 percent for os and 70 percent for other partion for files.so hence if the os may not run, the partion that your files located cannot be formated. or you can retrieve it before formating the undamaged partition...

try getting a software named "tuneup utilities" and move about to the "recover files" which is found with the shredder resort.
