Help next to recovery disk on fanlight vista?

it says it's full and i did the disk verbs up but there zilch to clear out also there is a so (c;) disk but i'm not sure if i should verbs that out too

I'm not trying to be facetious. But please, please do yourself a huge favor and call a mobile tech to come and do some hand on for you. "Cleaning up" can have disastrous consequences. Most techs can do alot for you contained by an hour (maybe 35 dollars an hour) and i think it's money ably spent in this grip.
