How to use vista recovery disk?
I have Windows Vista Ultimate. My computer have slowed down considerably over the past few weeks and I looked-for to completely reformat it. I have Windows recovery disks as ably as hard disk divider. I booted the computer with the recovery disks surrounded by the DVD drive but the screen said that the disks are not made for this PC and the recovery process cannot be carried out. I am sure the disks be made by this PC only. How do I reformat my PC so that it is put money on to factory settings?

First stale, do you have any second barrier on your computer that is setup as a recovery drive? If you are trying to boot from the cd and still bring back the error message then I would hail as the manufacturer. The other opportunity that might work well for you is to try hitting f5 repeatedly on start up and and see what leeway is there. I believe within is a common way out of restore to factory default settings. Hope this help.
