How can i reformat my Windows ME minus a recovery disk?

have you get another operating system disc ie windows 2000 or window xp or something along those lines ?
If not you can go to www.bootdisk.com but that would one and only allow you to format the hard drive it would not re install another operating system which be a sign of it would not be of much use to you unless you got or own an operating system disc of some description ie a restore disc or the install / setup disc for the Operating system as I stated before.
