Is it to late to construct a recovery disk while your computer has virus?

not really? If you can get rid of them try running different spyware and virus scanners as different ones find different virus and spyware.
try spybot SD, avg antispyware, ad-aware. They all hold free versions.
Then try 2-3 different virus scanners as ably.
Also scan whilst in sheltered mode to increase your chances.

I do not suggest you would want to make a recovery disk of a infected computer, though I do not believe it would stop you. If you own XP you can use the SYSTEM RESTORE tool in the Accessories/System tools folder. This will tolerate you pick a previous date and will 'recover' your computer to that time, preferbably before the virus. You would entail to install any applications you had put contained by since then but not lose any personal files.
