If you were previously running window, just capture a new copy and install it. The disk will procure reformatted during install. If you're asking whether you can restore windows to your laptop short a new copy of window...then I'm afraid not. You could, however, install and use a newspaper of Linux like Ubuntu or LinuxMint (that one is well-mannered for windows users making the transition to Linux).
