So please someone tell me how do i format my frozen drive without a recovery disk but still keeping my Windows.
Answers:
There is no channel u can format your hard drive and hang on to the current windows xp. Formatting wipe out all notes on a disk. Just back up your central files on removable storage devices such as blank DVDs, USB devices (pen drives) or zip disks (if u hold a zip drive) and contact your supplier for the window xp backup CD (they owe u one!). Then format the HDD and install a fresh copy of window.
you need to phone up your comp manufacturer for a replacement.
can't be done minus it. you also need to posterior up your data, adjectives of it .you can make a backup of adjectives your drivers on a dvd disk before formating. otherwise backup the rest of your information to disks or an external hard drive. and you will still involve the manufacturers disk..sorry!
