Where can I seize a recovery disk?
So my computer has properly crashed. I've let some line members embezzle a stab at fixing it, both have TONS of erudition on computers. Well, both say that the just way to fix it at this point would be to go and get my recovery disk and start all over again.
I've search high and low...but I can't find my recovery disk. So where on earth can I get another one?! I hold a Dell Inspiron. I went to nickname them, but I don't have my laptop beside me and I don't know my service tag. Would I stipulation to get a disk from them? Would it simply be simpler to just run it to computer shop?

For xp
When the Dell splash screen appears during the computer startup process, press and hold <Ctrl> and after press <F11>. Then, release both keys at equal time.
NOTE: Some systems like Inspiron Mini 9 (910) do not support System Restore as they do not enjoy <F11> nor any substitute.
