Are you running Windows underneath BootCamp? If so:

All the required Windows drivers for running XP / Vista under BootCamp are on the OS X Leopard disks that come with your Mac.

They are NOT available for download on the network.

If you're not using BootCamp, tell us what Virtual Machine software you are using, resembling Parallels, VMware or Virtual Box, for example. Then, maybe we can relieve.
The win32 file that you are enquiring is within the Windows XP/Vista CD/DVD.

If you have delete some file from the OS X system no why it will affect your Windows screen.

The possible reasons:

- You could really have deleted the files u mentioned. Recovery disk for OS X is the two Disc u get from the box. Windows Win32 is from the Windows DVD/CD

- You got a physical pull on ur hard disk. Resulted within bad sector so the files surrounded by those sector is permanently lost. So both Operating System is artificial.

Above is based on the assumption that you are using BootCamp for your Windows. If you are using Parallel or VMware. Please contact ur broker.
