Where can I download the compaq professional workstation ap200 system recovery disks?

near most of the newer computer compaq started storing the recovery disk on the hard drive so you would own to create the disks after you buy the computer, if you didnt create them right when you got the computer later you would have to lay down them from compaq and they charge somewhere between $100-$200 last time i checked.
you can individual download the drivers online they wont let you download the unharmed recovery for "security" reasons.
