I own an hp computer and i only booted it up beside an Emachines recovery disk?

i used the emachines reboot disk and i started it up and i need a product knob so i found a lost one in the registry beside keyfinder.exe and it was a falsified copy of windows. it say its not valid but i have internet and stuff. i cant download any item cuz it needs to be registered near microsoft? someone please tell me how to fix this problem and my display driver is delete only 4 (bit) it wont tolerate me download any display drivers help PLEEZE!!.
