"You are running out of disk space on RECOVERY (D:)" message..?

Everyday I am getting this little messege saying that to me,and it tell me to go and delete unwanted files or something resembling that but when I go I have deleted everything and it is still giving me th same message.

Would anyone know how to tell me what it is to be precise causing this problem?

Here is some information about cleaning up the Recovery D partition.
Are you also empty your recylcing bin? If not, you're just moving everything at hand and not deleting anything :)

If not, I dont' really know.....see if it offer you a 'clean-up' option and it will find stuff that is to say taking up space for you.
