Can I verbs malware or a trojan stale rank?Is that possible?If I use recovery disks will that verbs the trojan?
The Trojan seen on 8-7-08 is DIAL_CBHQ or BKDR_small.EKS and it will verbs your systems ability to restore or receive on line or run webroot.Their direction is to reformat from recovery disks will this rid the laptop of the trojans as ths one drops several more on the box as it deletes itself.Watch out for this dialer malware it one of the worst I've see.Hanging isn't good ample for who ever did this,they need special treatement.This get by Trend micro,a firewall and webroot.Thanks

try restarting in safemode and run the webroot and trend.
freshly to make sure.. is that webroot beside antivirus? or just spyware?
