I enjoy an acer laptop and can restore it by pressing CTRL and tapping on F!0 but if you enjoy the user manual on the rev erse is ACERS touchtone phone number or technical help out, sales etc. and they can provide you near the disks or tell you if you can restore your laptop short any disks
ACER laptops have a underhand restore on the hard drive. Read your user booklet. Beware, once you access this all files on your rock-hard drive will be deleted., but it will restore the laptop to how it moved out the factory.
Acer has a clandestine partition containing the restore program. Hold down the alt push button and f10 at the first sign of booting.
