I enjoy problem creating recovery disk from my compaq presario cq40-130tu transcribe book?
the operating system is windows vista home adjectives. i manage to write files to dvd but the disc endorsement failed. the message is soundtrack failure.

It might be the "DVD Burner" within your laptop just is not up to the favour of burning DVDs, the first time (several years ago) that I saw a CD burner surrounded by a laptop I thought, no way that is to say going to be reliable.
It might be the DVD's you were trying to burn to a short time ago were not compatible near your burner; I've had problems beside some brands, Maxell works well next to my desktop computer.
Make sure you are using major brand name like Maxell, HP, Sony, Verbatim, Fuji, and a few others, which are sold at WalMart, Target, Office Max, Office Depot, etc. Stay away from the oddity brands that only the store carry. These stores have glorious prices for these brands but they regularly have sale that reduce the price of 50 DVDs below $15.00 so they aren't too expensive.
My problem beside the Restore Disks burn process was that it does not allow me to specify the speed of the drive, and I consider the drive was burning faster than the disks be designed for. (this was XP contained by 2005)
I eventually got it to work right. You might simply try again.
Or you might try burning to CDs, but it will purloin a lot of CDs, and if one of the CDs fail verification, I don't know what you own to do to start over.
