Please help. An alarm is sounding and I own no clue as to what I should do. I tried deleting unused programs, and running support ups they they fail every time. I tried funding up to the computer and dvd's but nothing is working.

are you funding up to the d drive? you have too frequent programs on the drive. move them to another drive or delete them.

this is easy to solve please do this :-
download and run CCleaner this will undamagingly delete all your temp files etc for you, consequently reboot back into protected mode again (press F8 as it boots up) and defrag your hard drive to attain all your free space put a bet on again, your system is full of rubbish and just wants a good cleanup so window can then work correctly again. this will give support to you.
