ESystem recovery disk problem involve give support to?

There seems to be something wrong near my recovery CD which come with my computer system. When i try to reboot my computer it keep telling me there's a record missing.
What can I do to avoid this problem?, I just want to reboot my computer system. is it possible to spawn a new recovery disk? is in attendance a website were i can download a unmarked recovery disk?
