After a year procrastinating, is it too behind to craft recovery disks of Vista and free up adjectives that space?
Also, my computer keeps proverb back up poor. And that my hard drive is full, as it is the recovery portion. Will the recovery disks be factory settings or will they be recovering what I've accumulate this past year?

you really should still label the recovery disks.
these will reset to factory settings.
if you delete the partition you will emphatically need the disks.
Why not buy an external tough drive and move things you rarely use, or a clean 2.5 inch drive for the laptop- will invalidate the warranty, or finally use an old workstation as a file server so that you can access the files over your network- this will be fine for streaming music/video.
It will include most of the stuff from olden times year. Your backup location may indeed be full
