Does anyone hold an acer 3053 recovery disk they no longer want i could buy?
i need one desperatley for my daughters laptop.

Most acer's no longer want a recovery disc
The factory set up is stored in a mysterious part of the easier said than done drive .just press and hold Alt and press F10 when the acer logo is on blind at start up select factory restore from the on screen option
then select disc to disc recovery.
Handy tip.
If you enjoy any photos , music etc. drag to "D" as only "C" is recoverd ,and you will not lose them. Source(s): Sorry i ment Alt and F10
