WD - Hard disk recovery?

The WD external hard drive model no: WD3200C035 stopped over the weekend, when I go to restart it, the blue light flicked for a second, but the drive did not start up, I tried again at a different socket but equal thing happend.

you can contact Western Digitals support row and see how you can send your drive surrounded by for file recovery and/or repairs. my mother surrounded by law have the same drive and one and the same thing happen, she just pitched it and get a Maxtor external hard drive.

Does that issue - check the power supply - try the drive in a unmarked external caddy- I have used the St Leonards location beside the best of out comes - recovered data!
