Is it mundane that Acronis True Image take 11 DVD's to create recovery disks?

I have Acronis True Image Echo Server installed, and I made recovery disks for adjectives use, and it took 11 DVD's for my Gateway laptop that has a 100gb firm drive, is that normal to use up that abundant DVD's to make recovery disks?

i think when i did my sister's laptop it took around 7 DVDs....

im guessing it's a brand new laptop, right?

Yes. If you own most of your 100 Gigs used, and choosing not to compress the images ( or little compression, for that event ) then respectively DVD will only hold 4.7 Gigs of information.

Since it individual took 11, I would say its not dangerous to assume that your 100 Gig HD is about partially full. . .

If your HD was full, it would be close to 20 DVD's.
