My brother have a computer, but don't know the autograph of it, how do he gain master recovery disks for it?
Answers:
If fairly unusual search the menus to see if in attendance is a program to create a set of recovery CDs. This is generally how newer computers are done when CDs aren't provided
contact the factory owner and order a topical one for that exact computer. or better yet be in motion to newegg.com and order a full copy of the os you can use on it.
Well it's not really the computer type you need to know, its more the OS you inevitability which is the operating system and you need to know what bit it is. I will use my computer as an example:
Windows XP Pro 32bit OS(operating system)
Once you obtain this info, you can download a recovery disk, burn it to a disk, then repair anything you need done. Try to go and get the bit-type right. I have never downloaded 64bit software for 32bit operating systems so I dont know what effects it will hold. The worste that could happen would be your computer freezes for long period of time trying to keep up beside the software since it is running at a different frequency.
