How do I gain my recovery disk to work?

Hi I just run a kill disk firm drive eraser on my laptop to kill virus. Now I can't get the recovery disk to boot up. Is at hand a command I can give DOS to find it to read the disk?
Answers:
Perhaps reinstall an OS? (Windows, Linux) Then try to boot the recovery disk once your computer isn't completely dead?
It does nouns like you may own erased the recovery partition. Lets hope not. turn to the computers manufacturer and download the documentation for the build and model you are dealing with.

look for the proper instructions on how to start up your recovery divider. it will usually be a command such as: ALT+F11 or CTRL+F10 or something like that again depending on the factory owner of the computer. pay attention for sometimes it take several attempts to get it to step into the recovery console.

if the does not work it may very economically be that you have erased the recovery divider. in which valise you will need to resinstall the operating system using conventional methods.

if you entail assistance I may be able to give support to you, you may find me at:
