Can I use the recovery disks from one computer on another?

I have a Toshiba laptop and my wife have an older Dell which have limited software installed. Could I use the recovery (startup) disks from my Toshiba and install them on the Dell?

Thanks
Answers:
If its made for the toshiba later no. If its just a window disk that came beside your Toshiba computer then yes.
No.

The recovery disks are for the Toshiba and it's hardware. The Dell, most potential, has different hardware.

When you insert them on the Dell, it should pop up saw that it can not load.
No. The drivers will adjectives be different. This will build it continuously crash to a blue screen. And even if you sort this out, it will go wrong to activate, and after cancel your productive activation, making the disks useless even for recovery
