How do i burn a Recovery Disk?

How can i burn a Recovery Disk? None of my programs work except the Internet. Nothing like Restore System, AntiViruses, etc work. So I want to burn resembling a Windows XP CD.

If you don't have one that you know of, download a copy and burn it straight onto a disc, it should come in a .ISO database, that is what you want on the disc
